A quick dinner

Tonight's recipe is from Allrecipies.com

Mushroom Pork Chops

4 Pork chops
Salt and pepper
Garlic, 2 cloves minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, brown the chops over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic and mushrooms and sauté for one minute. Pour cream of mushroom soup over chops, cover and reduce temperature to med-low and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until cooked.

I served them with rice and a green salad.

Well that's all for tonight. I think tomorrow will be chili.

Looking forward to trying more new recipes.
