Well, tonight I went out to Bentley's Steakhouse for their $15 special night.
They offer a choice of Prime Rib, Filet, or Flat Iron steak. I had heard
wonderful things about the Flat Iron steak so my dad and I both ordered it and
it came with delicious smashed red potatoes, perfectly cooked broccoli spears
and an absolutely amazing peppercorn sauce. There was even enough to take half
of it home, and the waiter was nice enough to give us extra sauce.
Tomorrow night it is back to the kitchen and what will I make? All I know is that it will be something using boneless pork chops.
