Preheat your oven to 400 put in your dry skillet or with 1 lrg
tbs of shortening in it.The oil of your choice must be hot when you pour in your batter to form a brown crust.
Veg oil, bacon grease, or shortening work best.
Start by mixing your dry ingredients well.
Measure out your milk in a large measuring cup and add your vinegar and eggs, beat well until slightly thickened.
Now add to bowl with dry ingredients, mix until smooth. You want it to be a little thicker than pancake mix. Pour into your hot skillet and cook for 20-25 min. You want it golden brown on top. Let cool and serve dry, with butter, honey or both!!
