Antelope Marinade

So i decided to wanted to make between a stew and a braised meat dish.
I have some wild antelope that my husband shot and it's great in stew. I am also inspired by a chuck beer stew i have made in the past.
I'm just starting my marinade with 2 tbs. of homemade pesto(store bought is fine or just chopped basil with garlic). mix with a splash of rich red wine, 1 garlic clove, rosemary, marjoram, salt&pepper, and a little more olive oil, mix well. I scored my meat (small slashes with a knife on the meats surface) then coated evenly. I have about 1 1/2 lbs. of antelope. Cover in plastic wrap overnight.
