Spin on Sesame Chicken

First, cut up your chicken and put in a ziplock with flour(i use pamelas pantry GF), salt, and pepper shake until coated. Then i chopped up some red bell pepper, broccoli, and green onion (save green top). Prep your sauce, Tamari gluten free low sodium soy sauce (so good for so many things) lets say 1/4C sweeten with sugar or i prefer coconut sap (just sweet enough), one minced garlic clove and some fresh ginger just for zing.
Heat part coconut oil and part sesame oil in pan. Fry your chicken and set aside.

Sautee your veggies until soft, meanwhile reduce your sauce until desired thickness. Now its time to mix it all together, add sauce to veggies, sesame seeds and the rest of your green onion. Toss together and serve with carb of choice. I liked it with vermicelli noodles! Yummy!
Oh and if you like spicy add sambal or thai chilis to the mix!
