Polo Bandido

12 tortillas
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 chicken breasts-cut into fajita style
6 ounce pack cream cheese-softned
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup milk
3 tbsp of white queso dip
3tbsp of white cheese dip

Preparing:

Boil the chicken then drain- the add to pan and brown lightly in oil-do not over cook

In a pan add the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, white cheese, queso dip and milk and cook until smooth- you have to stir constant

Add chicken, cook until heated and completly coated

Heat the tortillas wrapped in foil for 10 min

Fill the tortillas sprinkle cheese over the top and enjoy

Serve with refried beans an rice
