String Bean Salad

2 pounds Fresh string beans, ends removed
1/4 C Extra-virgin Olive Oil
1 to 4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp chopped Fresh Oregano (or 1/2 tsp dried)
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

In a large saucepan, boil 2 quarts of water. Add string beans and cook until done. Place beans into a bowl and set aside. In a small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over beans, then toss and serve.
