Poor Man's Stew

2 lbs. ground chuck
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 med - lrg onion(diced)
4 medium potatoes(peeled and cubed)
1 c. raw sliced carrots (or baby carrots)
1 can green peas (drained)
1 can corn (drained)
1 lrg beef boullion cube or 2 small
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp. all season salt
1 tsp. seasoned pepper
1/2 tsp. table salt
1/4 c. flour
6 c. water; more or less

Brown and drain ground meat. In stock pot or crock pot, add meat and about 4 cups of water, boullion cube, tomatoes, onions and seasonings. Slow cook for about 3 hours. In 2 cups of water whisk flour and add to pot. Then add vegetables. Slow cook 2-3 more hours or until potatoes, and carrots are nice and tender.
Stir in your favorite seasonings to your taste if desired.
This makes alot of stew; I freeze leftovers.
