serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix1 c. light corn syrup (Kayro Syrup)
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 egg
1 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
Blend pudding mix and corn syrup. In separate bowl, combine milk and egg. Gradually add milk and egg into pudding mixture. Mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell.
Bake @ 350 until top is firm and just begins to crack; about 40 minutes. Cool at least 3 hours before serving.
