Peanut Butter Cups

Advertisement:
1 (8oz) Hershey Chocolate Bar, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Melt chocolate with 1/2 cup of the peanut butter(double boiler system works best so you can adjust heat to keep warm and melted). In a pyrex (heat safe)bowl or measuring cup melt peanut butter (a double broiler system; placed over a sauce pan with boiling water). Line a muffin tin with paper or foil baking cups. Spoon one tablespoon of melted chocolate mixture in bottom of each muffin cup. Allow chocolate to set up for about 20 minutes. Then add one tablespoon of the melted peanut butter on top of each cooled layer of chocolate. Then add a top layer of melted chocolate. Allow to cool and set up for one hour.
