YOU WILL NEED
A 4 CUP MOLD. Spray lightly with a non-stick spray.
GRIND: 1 (1 1/2 lb.) canned ham (3 1/2 cups)
ADD and mix well:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup coursely chopped parsley
1/4 cup sweet red pepper, finely chopped
Pack into mold; cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Unmold and garnish as desired.
