Savory Ham Spread

YOU WILL NEED A 4 CUP MOLD. Spray lightly with a non-stick spray. GRIND: 1 (1 1/2 lb.) canned ham (3 1/2 cups) ADD and mix well: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish 1/4 cup coursely chopped parsley 1/4 cup sweet red pepper, finely chopped Pack into mold; cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Unmold and garnish as desired. Serve with crisp crackers or thin-sliced "party" rye bread. icon_wink

I can't believe I see this recipe. My Mom made the same thing, in just about the same year '57 or so. She passed it on to me. I just have a couple differences, boiled eggs (2) and diced white onions to taste. I'm so glad I'm not the only one who enjoys this. I snack on it with Triscuits and make sandwichs. I just love it too!
