Milk or Water? That is the question...

When making scrambled eggs - do you add milk or water to your eggs?

Some people are very passionate about what is "right" in this regard. Personally - it depends on my mood. The different liquids have different results on the texture, hence different outcomes for different moods.

But what do YOU add - milk or water?

I personally like water, I think it makes the eggs fluffier. BUT my DH prefers milk - he likes his eggs more dense. My son has been trying to get me to put chocolate milk in his eggs. HA

Water here. I think it increases volume, and my partner is allergic to milk anyway.

I like water too, sometimes I use cream that make them
very creamy.
