So does anyone watch this show? I've seen a few of the episodes - somewhat
amusing if you don't let Gordon get on your nerves. Of course, being a foodie I
keep hoping that they will focus more on the actual prep work of the food. Like
talking about (or showing us) what really goes into mass food prep in a
restaurant. The episodes that show technique have been my favorites - one was
how to clean squid - very interesting as I've never had an opportunity to do
that.
You gotta give those kids credit for putting themselves out there though. Even if it is reality tv, it can't be all that easy.

I am upset that Elsie said that she got support from her peers. They clearly were not supporting her at all, and by not working as a team, THAT is why they failed so miserably during dinner.
I am pleased that Gordon treated her kindly and said nice things to/about her.
