My rib recipe
For the rub................
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp coarse salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsps brown sugar
For the marinade............
*Rub seasoning (see above)
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 small can tomato paste
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp molasses
1 additional tbsp of brown sugar
butter
Take one rack of ribs and cut them in half. Boil in a large pot over medium high heat for exactly 1 hour.Make sure the ribs are totally covered by the water. Remove ribs from the water and let rest for 5 mins. Rub with butter then add the dry rub. Coat both sides. Place on a medium heat grill and coat the ribs with the marinade using a brush. Continue coating the ribs every 5 mins to keep moist. Cook about 7 mins on the first side and then flip. When ribs are done (depending on how thick about 15 mins) let them rest for another 5 mins. Put another coat of marinade on them, serve and Enjoy!
