Not-Quite-A-Recipe Onion Bites

What you'll need:

4 English Muffins (8 halves)
Mayonaisse or Miracle Whip (whichever you prefer - we're Miracle Whip people here) Low Fat or Fat-Free fine.
Grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 small onion, minced

Preheat Broiler.

Split the muffins. Spread each half with a generous helping of miracle whip (Guessing I'd say about 2 tbls). Cut each half into 4 pieces.

Sprinkle each piece with parmesan cheese.

Top each with minced onion.

Place on broiler pan and broil until theyjust start to brown. You'll need to keep an eye on them so the onion doesn't burn.
