frozen spinach2 cups stuffing mix
2 medium onions, chopped fine
1/2 cup chopped celery
4 beaten eggs
1 stick melted butter
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Crush stuffing mix with fork. Cook spinach as directed and drain well. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into small bite size balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake @350 for 20 minutes. Yield 60-70.
