chicken,boiled,deboned and torn into bite sized pieces1 cup seedless grapes,either red or white
1 (5oz) can water chestnuts
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup diced celery
1 1/2 cups mayonaise
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
Mix chicken,grapes,chestnuts,celery and the cup of slivered almonds. Then mix mayonaise,curry powder,lemon juice and soy sauce,and add to the chicken.Mix well. Serve on pineapple slices or crisp lettuce leaves. Top with mayonaise and 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds. This will serve 10-12.
