package lime jello1 cup boiling water
1 (8oz)package cream cheese,softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 (15oz)can Mandarin oranges,drained
1 (8oz)can crushed pineapple,drained
1 cup 7-up
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1 (8oz) carton cool whip,thawed and divided
Dissolve gelatin in water. In a mixing bowl,beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in gelatin mixture and beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla,oranges,pineapple,seven up,and pecans. Chill until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon. Fold in 3/4 of the whipped topping. Pour into a 9x13 inch dish. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until firm. Cut into squares;garnish with the remaining whipped topping.
