Crawfish with Pasta

1 pkg. frozen seasoning mix (onions, bell pepper & celery)
1 stick margarine
1 lb. crawfish tails w/ fat
Garlic powder (to taste)
Tony Chachere’s (to taste)
2 small cans of sliced mushrooms - drained
1+ tbl. Flour
1 can evaporated skimmed milk
Green onions (optional)
1 16 oz. pkg. of pasta (I use bowtie) - cooked

Sauté vegetables in margarine (I do this in the microwave – melt the margarine, dump in the veges and micro about 4 minutes, stir, micro another 4-5 minutes, stir, micro another 4-5 minutes). On stovetop, put sautéed vegetables and crawfish tails in pot, add garlic powder and Tony’s, and cook on low heat, stirring often, for about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook another 2 minutes or so. Sprinkle in flour and mix in good. Pour in evaporated milk and put in green onions. Stir. Heat. Sauce will thicken. Serve over pasta.
