Broccoli Cornbread

Beat: 4 eggs
Add in order: 12 drops Tabasco sauce
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 stick oleo, melted slightly
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 box frozen chopped broccoli (thawed & drained)
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Bake in greased 9 x 12 pan at 400ยบ for 30-35 minutes.
Keeps well in refrigerator several weeks wrapped in foil.
