After my last
cooking experience, I needed something a bit more relaxing.I decided to try Rachael Ray's Scramblewiches from her 365: No Repeats. They're basically a scrambled egg sandwich with fancier ingredients.
My feelings about them? Nothing special. Common ingredients, which is good. But nothing that made me want to say "delish." Definitely filling, though.
Would I try them again? Maybe in a pinch. But I suppose I'm in the mood lately for something different, something spicy. These weren't really that.
