Why I started the low-salt way of eating

I started this way of eating on May 30,06. As of today I have lost 26 1/2 pounds. I saw the article in a magazine and bought the book. It started out as a new diet, one of many I have tried over the years. It took a while after reading the book to really commit to doing this. I kept thinking 1 cup of rice, 1 1/2 cups of cooked vegtables, 1 fruit for one of my meals. I just didn't see how this would work and keep me from getting hungry.

Welcome To My Kitchen
