Moc McDonald's Hash Browns

As hard as it is for most of you to believe, McDonald's hasnt reached all corners of the world. Here is a super simple recipe for hash browns that'll hold u over until u get the real thing 
1) Tater tots, thawed. Any amount will do.
2) Skillet, heated and oiled. Use a neutral flavored oil. veg, or canola.
3) Mash tots into skillet. Lightly salt and flip when browned.
4) Brown on side two and become the hero at the breakfast table.

Salami Doobs

1 package cream cheese
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon horseradish
2 tablespoons lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper to taste
16 oz. salami slices
1 jar green olives with pimentos
Combine the first five ingredients, using a ziploc bag put mixture into corner of bag and snip end 1/4" to 1/2". Pipe cream cheese mixture across 3/4 of slice of salami and place olive on one end. Roll up appetizer and place seam side down on tray, chill and serve with plenty of crackers and beer
