Vanilla Eggnog & Variations

What are the holdiays without a good old cup of eggnog. Try this fireside favourite and its kicky variations. If you do not have a vanilla bean add 1 tsp vanilla to the cooled eggnog instead. If you like, sprinkle with 1 tsp grated nutmeg instead of the chocolate.
