Oh these are simple & oh these are great! These start with canned pork & beans and 3 other ingredients. Lorraine is a family member, one of so many use to bring this to our family reunion every year and to our Family holiday get together at a local hall that had to be rented to have our event. I begged her year after year for this. Finally she sent me a post card after a family reunion saying she was ashamed to give it to me it was so simple. They are thick, sweet and full of bacon. I mean come on people this doesn’t get any easier to jazz up a can of baked beans and make them Yummy! Trust me these are YUMMY!

This the best thing around. You have to learn a knack to making this. My finance after a few years of making this with me on the holidays actually makes this on thanksgiving and our kids think he makes this better than I do. I have to agree. My mom of course has retired from making this. She has made this forever everyone loves this & we can never get enough of this no matter how much we make. Leftovers are awesome on this. Nothing compares to Potato pancakes!! I do mean nothing. Not that these are. But These are something great to do with leftover mashed potatoes. Then again in our household we never have leftover mashed potaotes! If you do here is something to make. Mashed potatoes reheat great with a little more BUTTER or milk in a fry pan. There should be time served for throwing out mashed pototoes! I mean make soup or something people!
