Coconut squares or rounds

My niece and I made this one day. It ended up being my honey’s favorite. I think it’s sweet. I had a great time doing this with my God Daughter. I ended up not following the recipe and hated to waste the can of milk. So added the entire can, so we kept adding more coconut and sugar and making round masses of mess. But, fun tasty messes. Then we dipped them into chocolate. Everyone seemed to like them. These are supposedly to be called mounds. Ugh, I would not go that far. They are creamy and sweet and they are their own thing and good on their own rite. We had bonding time and Mikey has never stopped asking for this little treat, so I am glad I found it tonight looking through my recipes for another recipe!!

Maple Nut Fudge

I am not a huge fan of Maple nut. But, this fudge is so creamy and rich; I can’t even find words to describe this. ADDICTING. I do know when my husbands mother makes this we all dive in for it. I especially have to hide it from my best friend! Okay, and my mother and my daughter, and my nieces, and my hubby….it just goes on and it. It is so good. So now all you thieves can make your own fudge! Funny thing is this is even better than chocolate fudge. And, My best friend has chocolate in her veins!

Fudge-sure Creamy

This is an exceptional recipe, again from one of my Amish books, clueless which one.
This is so creamy. I play with the ingredients and it always comes out. I have used heavy cream instead of milk. I have added extra marshmallows & used less chocolate as well. You can adjust to how you like this.

SNICKER BAR CANDY

First time I had this was many years ago at a christmas party. It was amazingly so good. It takes some time to put together. It is not difficult to make, just a few steps but oh so worth it. I find it better than the original snickers!
