I love ketchup of course nothing rates better than Heinz in my taste. But a neighbor once gave me a bottle of homemade ketchup. I never thought I would eat it. I loved it with grilled cheese. She passed unexpectently. We use to share dishes of food or recipes. I never asked her for this recipe. So I hope this is as good. This is for Catherine.

This was my Grandmother's (Baba) favorite salad dressing. A co-worker names Mildred use to invite us to dinner and make this for us. The both have passed but this recipe is still enjoyed. Thanks Mildred.

I learned to make great pie crusts from my ex mother in law. Simple. Its a technique in time keep trying you will get it. don't give up. Use plastic wrap to roll the dough in. I no longer do. But it makes easy clean up and less touching the dough. I try to touch my dough very little.

I love balsamic dressing rather just plain oil and vinegar. But when I have Balsamic dressing I love it thick like honey. The type you can use as a dressing or cook with for chicken or anything. I have to admit I have not tried this recipe but where ever I found this recipe it kept mentioning how thick it was.
