Corn Muffins

This recipe comes from NYC. I have no clue where they originated from. However, I do have a clue on how good they are. These are great for BBQ or we like them for breakfast warm with butter and apple preserves or Jelly. These have whole corn in them.

Sour Cream Waffles

Ahhhh, these waffles are amazingly good. I am not a waffle person. I get requests for these from everyone who comes to visit me for the weekend. These are so wonderful for brunch. I found these on the internet sooooooo many years ago, likely 16 or so. And I am still making them.

6 Week Bran Muffins

This is a most practical recipe because the batter stays fresh for six weeks. And you can bake them anytime without further mess. And they are the best bran muffins I’ve ever eaten, bar none. They are very moist and a very tender muffin. Not dry at all. My entire family loves this recipe especially my children when they were 3 & 4 and are now 21 and 24. I have been making this recipe for that long. This recipe comes from Marsha Adams who has many great cookbooks.
