I posted this recipe mainly for the rum sauce. You could just use your favorite pancake recipe and add crushed pineapples and coconut I am sure. Happy Breakfast.

Brunch Layered Eggs
March 12, 2007, 12:20 pm
I make this recipe as my own. I follow it at times at times is double this and add spinach and serve it over cooked potatoes. Its like creamed eggs if I don't use the tomatoes. Times I use the tomatoes. I double the crumb topping. I usually drain some of the juice as well. You can make this recipe your own.

Cornmeal Molasses Pancakes
February 24, 2007, 3:19 pm
I was hesitant when I saw this recipe. But I was also getting tired of the same things to make. On the weekends I always made breakfast for my family. Seemed only time we could be together in the morning. Man, these were light, fluffy little crunch and great with a side of sausage, bacon or scrapple. We liked maple syrup on our pancakes. This recipe comes from Marsha Adams. He did an Amish Cook book. The recipes are amazing in it.

My co-worker & friend Phil had given me this recipe she had when a friend had given her this recipe. She passed it on to her. Sounds worth trying. I personally like plain ole french toast with a yummy syrup. This sounds more like a bread pudding but what won me over is the cream cheese this sounds yummy for a brunch.

Sour Cream Waffles
February 14, 2007, 1:58 pm
I just had to post this here to keep for me and for my daughter and my nieces as well as family and friends to access. I surely hope this sight never closes down or we have problems people! So many of us are posting our favorite recipes here and some people are just posting recipes for the sake of posting. This recipe is incredible. I was never a waffle gal. This recipe won me over. It is scrumDelicousious! I make this usually as Belgian waffles but the original recipe was for a regular waffle iron. I can never make enough of these. Even in the Belgian waffle iron everyone eats 2. I think this recipe originally said it only makes 4 waffles. I seem to get 6 out of it if not more. Again depends on what waffle iron you use as well. These are so tender.
