This is one of my oddest recipes I am posting and one of the easiest I think. My daughter was given a baby shower at her work. One of her co-workers brought in this side salad. She was embarrassed to share it. It was not over the top great. But it was a great summer salad, the more I went home that night the endless possibilities I thought of with this dish. Great to serve on the side of BBQ’S like burgers, ribs steak, even pulled pork sandwiches. I have a porketta pork crock pot recipe I just love I could serve this with that I also posted. This dish would compliment so many things. And its endless how you can jazz this up to your liking. You can add crisp fried bacon, add various spices for different ethinic dishes as in tex mex. But, I am going to give you this recipe as it was given to me. SIMPLE.

Broccoli Salad. I am a believer. I have never been a fan of broccoli but this won me over. This has won everyone over who has ever eaten it. This is loaded with lots of the good stuff as in fried bacon and cheddar cheese. This is best day before serving. No matter how much of this my mother makes for my family and gatherings its gone.

Taco Salad

This Taco Salad recipe comes from Food Network Specials. Firehouse Special. This is so SIMPLE and DELICIOUS! The beans in this you can mix and match to your liking. Even go off the given recipe and use what you prefer. I would definately use the pinto beans in this though. Seems authentic. I hope you enjoy this as much as my family has for so often. Its quick and easy and fun!
