Chocolate Icing 1

This icing is a thin shiny fudge like icing. Warning: as soon as you make this pour it on the cake. It sets up right away. This is so good!

My Butter Cream Frosting with variations

I think everyone has this basic frosting. I think everyone uses crisco. I don't. This is a real butter cream. No after taste here. I have variations. You can add any flavoring just don’t over do it. Be sure you adjust the sugar if you need to add more. Flavoring will thin the icing so be careful. I don’t like to add a lot of sugar. My icing is usually very light and creamy and fluffy with plenty of flavor. You just have to work on it until you figure it out. Don’t over mix it! It will curdle. Again, this is not a difficult recipe it is just adjusting everything to fit.

Shiny Glaze

This is a crisp chocolate glaze and sets up fast and is great on many cakes. I love it on pound cake, marble cake. I use it on a chocolate cake with whip cream and then pour this glaze on top.
