This is not your usual lasagna. This is a round lasagna layered with thin pancakes instead of the pasta. If you are not a fan of Swiss chard use what veggies you like. I use spinach or use a mixture.

Okay, we all have a favorite Mac-n-cheese. My mom makes the best. It is so creamy and cheese. It is made with Velveeta and milk and baked in butter. I never get my proportions correct like her. So I found this and I stick with this until mom makes me her Mac n cheese. This recipe is creamy and the crunch on top is so good and buttery. All Mac and cheese is good. I don’t think you can have a bad one.

I grew up on potato pancakes, My grandmother grated them so fine by hand. This recipe was a dream when I found it. She never added baking powder to it but in this it keeps it from browing, some what. Oh so good with sour cream and/or apple sauce!!
