Big Soft Sugar Cookies

I found this recipe off the internet. I have not tried it at all. But it seems simple enough to make any cookie soft. So someday I will try this. I thought maybe someone might like this little trick and let me know if you do. I copied and pasted exactly from where I got it from. It may have been from bhg.com.
