Peaches is one of my very favorite fruits and what a great way to eat them! This is not only delicious but beautiful to serve. I put the glaze on really thick. This is a very moist cake. I don’t serve it with whip cream because it does not need it. But, if you do add extra peaches. MMmmm!

I was never raise on cake mixes. My mom comes from Germany and makes the most amazing cakes. As I am getting older and time seems to run double time and I need to actually tell my daughter who lives in the same house, Lets try to do dinner this week. I must admit I have had over time some amazing recipes from box mixes as I will post. This cake blew me away. I had NO clue it was a box cake when my daughter bought home a piece from work and said here try this. I asked if she could please get us the recipe. When I saw the recipe it was from a box mix and instant pudding. It was amazing. I hope you enjoy this as much as we did. It was just called Chocolate Cake. But it deserves something wonderful to be called. There is nothing fancy in this.
