Some of the best cakes come without frosting or icing. This is one of them. My mom has been making this one forever. There is another version that is almost exactly the same that solo puts out. But this is a very old solo version and is very moist compared to the others. We simply top it with 10X sugar. You can serve it with a fruit salad as such. It really needs nothing; it stands on its own. Poppy seed cake is incredible there are so many different versions other than solo brand versions, there are even boxed cake versions that are decent. So give this a try. It is a simple cake. Full of poppy seeds.

This carrot cake is another favorite. I have tried many and is one of my two favorites that I have tried out of 30 recipes. I have posted a Carrot Cheese cake that is to die for as well. Enjoy. I dont ice this with cream cheese frosting but you can. I just dust it with 10x sugar. Enjoy!

Oh this is another SIMPLE AND DEEEEEEEELICIOUS Yummy MOIST cake. It is a one bowl cake.
As it bakes it browns. It is topped with alot of moist goey wet coconut and condensed milk and butter, this soaks into the cake. Another one of my mom's cake's since I was a child and we still love this even the grand kids today.
