This cake is so easy to put together. I use to make this after work to take to PTA meeting for the same night. It is so good. IT is almost like a Kuchen. I don't remember where I found this. I think some old recipe book in the library when I lived in California. I am so happy I found it.

Oh how do I describe this one? The original recipe was a basic blueberry buckle. Somehow I turned it into a cake with a cobbler on top with a lot of crunch on top. This will disappear! I do not like blueberries but I devour this as does everyone. This delicious warm or cold. I am sure you can use any fruit with this.

My moms apple cake is so good. This cake has been in our family forever. The variations are good as well. Sherri's is full of cinnamon and Lani's has more liquid and little more moister. Last variation I have never tired to date but I posted for me to try.

Oatmeal cake you ask? I know I know. This was a cake in practice for many years. I did a cookbook for our local school and one of the teachers posted it from our school cafeteria that she grew up with as well. Needless to say it was not great but not bad. I lived in an Amish community and they had a recipe similar but different. So I combined the two and made a cake that is fluffy & topping is sticky with coconut & nutty. This is really good and trust me Yummy!

Ok let's talk easy! Let's talk dee-licious! A neighbor use to bring this cake over to my mom. My children and my fiancé' became addicted to this. When we learned how simple this was we were hooked on it. Not only is it simple and yummy, but let me tell you this is great for those of us who are always dieting or thinking of that diet. But to diet or not to diet this is so good. You can use the jar of cherry pie filling or a jar of lemon pie filling or any jar instead of the pineapple if you so wish.

I found this recipe and it reminded me of my fruitcocktail cake. I made this for the first time. OH OH let me tell you... I could have ate the entire thing! Few things though. This cake is very moist almost wet. Very sweet. When it bakes it turns very golden brown. Middle seems to sink somewhat. But this is a keeper for me. It is almost on the side of pineapple casserole for me but cakey version with a perfect cream cheese topping!

This cake is extremely moist gooey and moist. It takes a can of fruit cocktail . The topping is gooey with coconut and butter and milk. I can't tell you enough how delicious this is. I am not a fruitcocktail fan but I love this recipe.
