Two things I am not a huge chocolate fan and an ice cream lover. But somehow in my life people around me love ice cream. I have learned to make homemade ice cream. This recipe from a Ben and Jerry’s cookbook I have and by far one of the best I have ever made. I have made a lot of cooked ones and this is the best. I do make a junket pudding with grape nuts that is awesome, like a cheap butter pecan. One of the best ice cream makers I have is a cuisinart that cost me 28 bucks. You freeze the inside container. It makes an awesome container. This is also a basic to add anything in the last few minutes.

Friend brought this to a picnic and it was so yummy. Like a big cookie. I may try adding raisins tho.
