Pumpkin Pudding

Image
This pudding is delicious. We have used regular can milk or regular milk.
Even served it with whipped cream for the non healthy version for the holidays!
This is so good. This is like pumpkin pie without the crust. Enjoy. This came from Prevention magazine. A jack-o'-lantern's orange tint means it's rich in carotenoids, and a Finnish study found that these nutrients help prevent diabetes in men who are at high risk because a family member has the disease. (The jury's still out on women.) Fight diabetes the sweet way their luscious Pumpkin Pudding

Thank you, PREVENTION!!!

Rice Pudding

My Aunt Barb’s rice pudding is very good and easy. It is on the sweet indulgence side. It is thick and creamy and different ingredients than most rice puddings.

Rice Pudding

Rice pudding… Believe it or not I was never a fan of it, until I made this. Addicted icon_exclaim I have tried so many others but this is the one I come back to. I was PTA president for my Children’s school and we worked extremely hard publishing a book of family recipes that were handed down. I specifically sent a letter home telling them no toll house cookie type recipes will be accepted and to even include other family members that had very special recipes. And we had amazing generational recipes. This was included. Even though it was not an old generational one it was one they loved as a family and again not toll house but an amazing rice pudding. Thanks Hunt family where ever you now! I think of you Bev where ever you are hope you are well. Bev was on the board with and she was so sweet just like her rice pudding!

Green Goop

Growing up my girlfriends mom use to make this, she called it green goop. Aka: millionaire salad or pistachio salad. It is a nice change from all the usually desserts. I love it on St. Pat’s day. I love everything in this. Again, I ask: What don’t I love? You can jazz this up if you serve it with shaved chocolate. icon_mrgreen icon_mrgreen icon_mrgreen icon_mrgreen
