1/4 cup Old Bay Seasoning
11 ounces new red potatoes
11 ounces hot smoked sausage links, cut into 2 inch pieces
4 ears corn - husked, cleaned and quartered
1-1/4 pounds large fresh shrimp, unpeeled
Bring water and Old Bay Seasoning to boil in a large stockpot.
Add potatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Add sausage and cook for 5 minutes more. Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in the shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink, about 5 minutes.

2 cups thick, spicy bbq sauce
1. Cut each side of ribs so that it will fit into your slow-cooker. Cut the side of ribs into as few pieces as possible. Place the ribs in the slow-cooker and cook at medium for 10 hours. The temperature in the crock pot should stay at about 165 degrees F.

1 tbs vegetable oil
1 onion, minced
1 large apple, cored, coarsely chopped
1/2cup apple cider
Remove any visible fat from the pork. Slice pork crosswise into eight medallions. Coat with seasonings. Heat cooking oil in large skillet. Saute coated pork on both sides to brown. Remove from pan. Cover to keep warm.
