Quesadillas al Greco

1 teaspoon canola oil

3 ounces lean ground beef (1/3 cup)

3 cloves garlic finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

3 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon tomato paste

Freshly ground pepper to taste

1 lb. ground beef
2 cans condensed Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
1 tsp. onion salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup uncooked rice
1 tsp. green pepper hollowed out


COOK rice according to package directions

BROWN ground beef using onion salt and 1 tbsp. of the Worcestershire sauce

COMBINE rice, ground beef, 1 can of soup, and remaining Worcestershire sauce

FILL peppers with mixture

EASY LIVER AND ONIONS

4 slices of bacon
1 pound liver sliced
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup Campbell's onion soup


COOK bacon till crisp, remove from pan. Dust liver with flour and brown in bacon drippings. Crumble bacon over top of liver in pan. Add remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer 30 minutes or until liver is done. Uncover for a few minutes to allow sauce to thicken for gravy.

1 lb beef boneless round steak
1 lb small red potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices (4 cups)
2 medium stalks celery, chopped (1 cup)

Tasty Beef Roast

1 beef roast

1 pound ground beef

1/4 cup quick cooking oats
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 dash ground black pepper
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon dry onion soup mix





1 Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.

1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
8 ounces macaroni, uncooked
1/2 cup onion, minced
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz each)

1 egg (beaten)

2 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp yellow mustard
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tbs steak sauce
8-10 bacon slices (may use turkey bacon)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

1 lb. beef round tip steak, cut 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick
