Brandied Cup o Joe



Cook time: Just a bit more than it takes to brew coffee
Yield: 1 serving

This is delish!!!!

2 tablespoons brandy
5 ounces brewed coffee
Dollop of whipped cream (or more, if you like)

Simply pour the coffee in to a cup or mug or something. Stir in the brandy. Then, dollop the whipped cream on top. Enjoy!!!

Frozen Margarita



Very tasty drink.

(May salt rim of glass. In a shallow bowl, place salt. Rub rim of glass with lime wedge. Place rim of glass into salt to coat rim.)

2 oz tequila
1 oz triple sec
2 oz lime juice
lime wedge for garnish

Into a blender, combine all ingredients (except garnish). Blend. Pour into margarita glass. Affix lime wedge to glass. Add a straw. Serve.


Pina Colada


One of my favorite frozen drinks. Of course, you can always make this a non-alcoholic drink by omitting the alcohol:).

Ingredients

2 oz rum
5 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz coconut cream
1 cup of ice
cherry,pineapple wedge for garnish

In a blender, combine all ingredients (exceot garnish). Blend. Pour into a margarita glass or brandy snifter. Place cherry into glass on top of frozen drink and affix pineapple to rim of glass. Add a straw. Serve.
