Crockpot Banana Cream Upside-Down Cake Recipe

2 medium bananas, smashed to equal 1 cup

Cranberry Mousse Recipe

This is a really refreshing summertime dessert (most people
only think of cranberries at Thanksgiving). You can use
sugar-free/reduced sugar products in this if you wish.

1 cup cranberry juice
3 oz. box raspberry gelatin
1 (16 oz) can cranberry sauce
1 cup whipped topping

Bring cranberry juice to a boil. Add the gelatin and stir until well
dissolved. Add cranberry sauce. Mix well. Pour into serving dish
and chill until thickened. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Chill
until firm.
