Next week I will be making Coconut Prawns with Mango dip, Pepper Steak and Apple and Pinenut cake. For those of you who were at the civil ceremony party the prawns were really popular and lots of you asked for the recipe so thought I better do it soon!

Hi guys. Just made beef stock today in preperation for making French Onion Soup this week end. You can of course use ready made stock bought from the super market to save time, however as my dad said, if you're going to do something, do it properly so I have been guilted into making it all from scratch. The recipe can be found under the hints and extras category.

Starting from 21st May this weekend I will be cooking the
French Onion Soup (found under soups and starters),
Balsamic Roast Chicken (found under Mains) and
Frangipane Tart with raspberries (Under cakes and desserts).

You will be able to find each recipe and my comments under each of the above mentioned categories once I have tried the recipe.

I decided to create this blog after doing some cooking with my dad last week. He lives in Australia and has been working on his own cooking recipe ideas and creating his own book. I am going to cook each recipe and share them with you all as some of the dishes we made for our civil ceremony party received such good comments.
