I used beef short ribs in this recipe but I'm sure the sauce would be excellent with any meat.
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbs. soy sauce
1 tbs. dijon mustard
1 tbs. grated fresh ginger
4 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
ribs of choice
Preheat oven to 350*. In a large bowl, whisk together all items except ribs. Boil ribs in a large pot 3-4 minutes to get rid of the excess fat. Drain and add to sauce, turning to coat. Transfer ribs and sauce to a roasting pan and bake, uncovered, 1 hour, until tender.
