Slow Smoked Ribs

If you like slow smoked ribs, but are not soure how the big guys do it. Then my blog is for you. I will post different recipes from time to time for ribs, chicken, ham, pulled pork and other favorite BBQ recipes. If you have a favorite smoked food and would like to know how to do it just leave me a post, and I will try to get you a recipe for it. I have been smoken food for 20 years and have won numerouse events throughout the midwest. I also have a small business and a catering business.
