Chicken in Delicious Sauce

1 lb Hamburger (Lean)
1 pkg Taco Mix
1 or 2 Tomatoes
1 Med onion
½ head of lettuce
1 pkg cheddar or American cheese
1 can enchilada sauce
1 pkg ww burrito shells
Brown burger and add taco mix
Chop up tomatoes, lettuce and onions
Warm up shells, put burger, lettuce, tomato and onion in shell..fold up & turn over, then put cheese on top with sauce and put in micro for a few secs till cheese melts
THEN
EAT AND ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 BOX YELLOW CAKE MIX ( DUNCAN HINES)
1 SM BOX VANILLA INSTANT PUDDING
2/ 3 CUP OIL
4 EGGS
1 1/2 CUPS OF FRUIT... NO JUICE... I USE FRUIT COCKTAIL AND SM JAR MARCHENNO CHERRIES
1 CUP NUTS
POUR IN GREASED BUNDT PAN
BAKE AT 350
55 MINS.
THIS RECIPE CAN BE USED WITHOUT WAITING THE 30 DAYS

Coffee Frappe
25 Servings
1 Quart (32 oz) coffee…brewed triple strength
Make coffee in advance, add sugar..cool in refrigerator.
Then Combine
½ Cup sugar
1 &¼ gallons ice cream (vanilla)
1 Cup Heavy cream, unwhipped
Return to refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Pour in large bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon

Italian Love Cake

ITALIAN Love Cake
1 Box Fudge Marble Cake Mix or Devils Food
2 lbs. Ricotta Cheese
4 Eggs
¾ Cup Sugar (Splenda)
1 tps. Vanilla
1 Box Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding (3 1.4 oz)
1 Cup Skin Milk
1 8 oz. Lite Cool Whip
Mix cake as directed on box. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
In a separate bowl, combine ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Spoon over top of unbaked cake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 75 mins if using glass baking dish, 90 mins if using a metal pan. Cool
Mix pudding with milk. Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread over cooled cake.
Refrigerate.
