Hello! Maybe a little about me, I am a mother of three and have a passion for cooking! Currently I am going to cook my way through a Barefoot Contessa cookbook, one of my favorite cooks! I seem to enjoy "cooks' over chefs, not sure why. Today I am going to make a "chicken murphy" style dinner, yes I know it is not from the cookbook, but a family favorite. I will post my recipe and how it went tomorrow...just a little in sight I cook from memory most of the time and recipes are not my thing!
