UPDATED! This dish was the hit of the vacation! I've adjusted some amounts and I think you will find this is about the best breakfast dish. The Cotton Palace Bed and Breakfast has some wonderful recipes, but I don't think one is any better than this for family or friends gathering for breakfast or brunch, serves 8. I served this with some of Paula Deen's EZ sausage biscuits (posted earlier) , fresh fruit, juices and an assortment of jams for the family while we were at Hilton Head Island!

Another of Paula Deen's great ideas, with a few tweaks of my own. This could be an appetizer, or part of a breakfast buffet. It will be one of the dishes for my Hilton Head breakfast bash. These could also be made up and frozen for a quick treat in the morning before school, or heading out to work.

This is a wonderful last minute bread that tastes like a home made yeast roll. That is due to the yeast in the beer! We experiment with different beers to vary the flavor. Try adding 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, or your favorite dried herb to compliment the flavors in your meal.
