Are you sensing a theme with my recent cooking? Chunks of chicken, various ways, served with rice. Gonna have to step up my game and make something else.

I marinated the chicken in fresh ginger and garlic and a splash of soy sauce. After stir-frying with red, yellow, and green peppers and onions, I served the completed dish with leftover brown rice.

Today was the 12th anniversary of Crash's and my first date. We had kabobs, brown rice, and pound cake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream for dinner.
