We had become quite taken with the Mojito Marinade and Simmer Sauce sold by Trader Joes in the last year. Imagine our disappointment to find that it is no longer being made. I've been searching both online and in recipe books for a replacement. I'll post my findings here (and will add more as I find them). If/when I actually try the sauces, each recipe will get its own entry and discussion.
